Hall Hails Lee And Kelly For Helping Him Find Scoring Form

Bolton Wanderers striker Connor Hall has hailed Tony Kelly and club legend David Lee for helping him find his scoring form. The 19 year old star had netted 15 times in 12 development squad games and there are rumours that he could get moved to the first team.

He has been prolific in the Under-23 team. His purple patch hopefully can translate in the senior team. He failed to score after his six opening games but he has turned that around in the feeder team. He says he owes a lot to club legend turned Coach Lee and Coach Kelly.

“I owe a lot to them. They have been practising very hard with me and on the training pitch even after the sessions have finished – they have been helping me with my shooting. “It’s brilliant working with them both, though they really know their stuff and put so much time and effort into helping us all develop and do the best we can,” Hall said.

The development team are unbeaten after 10 games. They are atop the Professional Development League log after seeing off Sheffield Wednesday recently. Hall is expected to keep at his goal scoring before he would be returned to the senior side. He says he has passed on a few lessons to the club striker Adam Le Fondre, who he sees as “a really good role model.
